At Woodrow Wilson, students are provided with the opportunity to explore
and express themselves through art. Children are encouraged to apply their talents and seek ways on
improving their skills.
The arts are a part of everyday life.
They teach us how to live. Each one of us experiences art in
our own way. We embrace it and interpret it based on our own personal
beliefs and experiences. My focus is to provide
your children with a variety of different experiences in order to
foster a lifetime love of the arts. I encourage you to take some time
to look at the art work that your children have produced and
the wonderful things students have accomplished in our schools. Art
education will provide our children with the necessary tools to
experience life in many different ways.
