ILLNESS IN SCHOOL
If your child gets sick during school hours, then the nurse will notify you promptly. If you are not available, the nurse will attempt to reach one of your designated emergency contacts. If you are asked to pick up your child, please keep in mind that the STUDENTS WILL ONLY BE RELEASED TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS SPECIFIED ON THE EMERGENCY CONTACT CARDS. Please ensure all contact information for your child is up-to-date for this purpose. If there are any changes, please notify the main office or nurse as soon as possible.
IF YOUR CHILD IS REFERRED BY THE SCHOOL NURSE TO SEE A DOCTOR, THEN A DOCTOR'S NOTE STATING CLEARANCE OR LIMITATIONS ARE DUE ON THE CHILD'S RETURN TO SCHOOL.
